Wonderful I had a great experience with Mike from maintenance! He was extremely professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was having an issue with my tub being clogged, and Mike came in, quickly identified the problem, and took care of it thoroughly. He made sure everything was working properly before he left and kept the area clean throughout the process.
What really stood out was his professionalism and attention to detail. He was respectful, friendly, and clearly takes pride in doing his... job well. It’s always appreciated when maintenance issues are handled quickly and correctly the first time. Mike is definitely an asset to the maintenance team. 10/10 service thank you, Mike!
