Above and beyond Prompt response. Good communication from Tommy on his timeline between assessment of issue and when he would be able to complete. He checked the other restroom and determined due to age/condition of the commode flapper system he should replace as well and also the shower faucet due to it not being as responsive as it should be to switch to shower head. Potentially heading off forthcoming issues and disruption to household routine. Courteous, efficient and thoughtful in his work.... He also noticed belldoor light was out and fixed that on his way out.

Beautiful, spacious apartments. And more.
The management here is outstanding, they answer the phone. You might think this is funny, but if you live the places I have, you’d understand why I say this. Not only do they answer the phone but if there is an issue or a problem, they’re on it immediately. Or even just a question they answered immediately. Even when I’ve gone into the office, they’re very pleasant, respectful, willing to help with any issue that you might have even if it’s right down to the website. I can’t say enough about the... management here. Yes, I do feel they go above and beyond. Also, the maintenance staff outstanding… they definitely respond quickly not only that they’re extremely skilled at what they do. If they say they’re going to do something they do it! And they always let you know when they’re coming in to do maintenance on your apartment. They go above and beyond. Same as the management always pleasant, always nice and always willing to help anyway that they can…When I moved in one of the maintenance staff actually came and change the lightbulb that had burned out…OK that’s really going above and beyond….my refrigerator went out the maintenance staff went to their house got an ice chest with ice, so I could put my food items in it while he was fixing it.. again talk about above and beyond. Wow. The grounds are lovely, apartments are spacious and beautiful. And in the little complex that I am in, very quiet, never noisy a pleasure to be here. Thank you.
