OFF-SEASON MONTHLY LOWER LEVEL SUITE IS NOW AVAILABLE IN KURE BEACH - PLEASE NOTE UNIT HAS NO WASHER/DRYER AND NO KITCHEN (MICRO AND MINI FRIDGE ONLY). This lower level efficiency suite is a two bedroom, one bathroom unit with great natural light. There is a microwave and mini refrigerator only. No other formal kitchen provisions. No washer and dryer in unit. A laundromat is on the island. Shared main entrance and private door into unit. Access to yard, picnic table, grill, outdoor shower and off-street parking (all shared with upper level guest). Efficiency suite has a HVAC with separate self control thermostat for this unit, 2 cozy bedrooms, each with a Queen Bed. There is a living room with sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, a dining table with the micro/coffee maker along with a mini fridge. Bathroom with bathtub/shower and single vanity.
