Parking In our building there are between 36-72 residents based on occupancy. For those residents there is 1 handicap spot. I know of at least 3 residents who are handicapped and have the placard. It is not easy for these residents to have to park so far away and try to get groceries or packages in. Also you have residents who park cars in front spaces, that could be utilized by handicapped residents, that never move. They actually have covers on them. I feel this is a disservice to those... who need to park closer to the building.
