Quick and professional maintenance as always My air conditioner went out and they were there the same day to fix it

Range would not turn on after power outage. Maintenance pulled range from wall and reset it.

Painters The painters came to repair some places that were peeling on my ceiling. They did a wonderful job abd even did some needed touchups to the walls.

I submitted a service request after 9:00am Tuesday morning for the ice maker. I received confirmation by 8:49 they received by request.
At 12:37pm I received a confirmation email stating maintenance had completed by request and the ice maker is working.

Views are great Landscaping is kept up and there are 2 entrances to the greenway. It’s a safe scenic way to go for a walk.
