Great Community
Been at Broad Street since 2023 and it’s been great. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and I love the coffee machine and events!

Great Place To Live
This is a wonderful environment to live and they have great amenities and amazing community planned events thanks to Miss Christina! She is so thoughtful in the events that she plans to bring the community together. It is always a blast and something I look forward to each month.

Great Community!
My husband and I recently moved into the Meridian at Broadstreet Market Apartments in Fuquay-Varina, NC. The apartment complex is older but the grounds are well kept and beautifully landscaped. The apartment we moved into is nicely laid out and spacious. It didn’t take long for us to settle in and feel right at home. The leasing team, management and maintenance team have worked hard to answer any requests in a professional and timely manner. We moved here from another local apartment community,... where we lived for four years. In the three months we’ve been at the Meridian, we’ve had more events than we had in four years at our previous complex. They treat the residents like family and I highly recommend.
