On move-in day, I found numerous live and dead beetles throughout my apartment. I immediately notified management and documented continued beetle activity with photos and videos over multiple visits. Because of the ongoing issue, I never moved any furniture or personal belongings into the unit. Management told me the beetles were seasonal and that the apartment had been treated before move-in. After another pest control treatment, I was not provided with an explanation of what the beetles were,... what was causing the recurring beetles, or when the issue would be resolved. I was disappointed with how my concerns were handled and did not feel they were fully addressed despite my repeated reports. I ultimately chose to terminate my lease rather than move into the apartment. The Parker is a new complex with your comfort in mind. Modern and comfy rolled into one space. The amenities are awesome. The staff is extremely nice and caring. The location is conveniently located close to shopping and entertainment.

I absolutely love my apartment. The community is beautiful, they have crazy amenities like a pickleball court and a putting green but the floor plans themselves are what blew me away. The apartments are modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. There are also some smart touches like keyless entry and an app to control the oven from your phone. I also really clicked with the staff, very sweet and helpful!

You NEED to live here! I wish I would have found this place sooner. Brand new, luxury and CLEAN. Staff is great, the most kind people you've ever met. They truly care and love what they do. I've lived here for3 months and have enjoyed every minute of it.
