I had an amazing experience with this community from start to finish! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. What really sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Brooke, Frelix, Megan, George, and Jhoseph all went above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with any questions.

Outstanding community in the heart of downtown Cary!
Meridian East Chatham is hands down one of the best luxury communities in the area! The apartments are beautifully modern with incredible high-end finishes, soaring ceilings, and tons of natural light. The amenities are top-notch—from the saltwater pool and co-working spaces to the state-of-the-art fitness center and dog spa. You couldn't ask for a better location right in downtown Cary with easy access to everything. The team here truly cares about keeping the property looking immaculate and... running smoothly.
