Overall don’t have many complaints. Apartment is nice and I enjoy my space. Communication about resident opportunities is not great all the time and they recently offered to powerwash our patios and didn’t do a great job. But spaces are clean and I haven’t had other complaints about the space!

Nice gym, but it could be upgraded with a bench press and stair master. The hot tub still hasn’t been fixed and I am hopeful it will be fixed soon.

It’s pretty good so far but I think the cleaning crew could have done a better job at cleaning out in preparation for new residents. I am allergic to dogs and I didn’t know until our other roommate told me that there was a dog living in this room before me. So I have been having some issues with allergies because of some left over dog hair flying around that I missed when I cleaned. It would be nice to not have to deep clean as a resident when we move in and just have the room already pretty... cleaned. The stairs also had a lot of dust and hair. Read More
