Sadly, things have changed since the new management has taken over. My elevator has been broken for over a month, the garage doors have been broken for 3 or 4 weeks (they even hired security to make sure people didn't get in), the concierge is not at the desk when you need them, it's INSANELY loud, the scanner to get on my side of the building has been broken for a while. Very frustrating when you are paying a HIGH PREMIUM. Currently trying to break my lease to get out, but they are not being... very helpful.

Have lived here for about a year.
The garage door was not working for about a month before it was finally repaired, which created security concerns and allowed random people to access the building. Management even had to bring in security during that time. The elevators on my side of the building have also been out of service, which has been a major inconvenience.
I also recently tried to reserve the golf simulator. I was assured it would be taken care of, but when the time came, the reservation still was not completed.
There... have been several other issues, but I am trying to keep this review fair and respectful. At this point, I am attempting to break my lease due to the ongoing problems, but the process has not been handled very reasonably.
I would encourage anyone considering living here to do their research and be aware of the issues that current residents are experiencing.

Best Apartments in town
We are about 6 weeks in after move in and are very pleased with everything. The move in process was smooth and clear. The apartment and amenities are great! Communication is quick and the staff is very helpful. Super happy with the decision and looking forward to spring and summer here.
