Truly a disastrous building. Parking, in the garage, they say it’s gated, nope. The gated doors are always up and never down. Anybody can just walk down to your car, and anybody can go down and park where residents park. There’s so many cars in the resident part THAT AREN’T EVEN RESIDENTS that’s supposed to be gated off and people have gone down and wrote things on cars that are dirty. Museum tower does nothing about it or fix the doors.
The leasing office never answers the phone and I have... even walked down after numerous attempts and employees are just sitting around talking to each other about basketball rather than doing their job.
The balconies were supposed to be cleaned for a month now after they sent out an email and nothing. I moved all of my things off of the balcony and nobody ever came when the email said, so I moved everything back. Nobody’s cleaning anything.
Oh and another note, to pay your rent with a debit card or credit card, it’s a LARGE fee. Over $100 fee just to use a card on rent. INSANE.

Denied renewal after years with vague renovation explanation
I lived at Museum Tower for years, paid my rent, followed the rules, and was a good tenant. When it came time to renew, management told me I could not renew because of “renovations” and said they were targeting my floor plan.
That explanation felt inconsistent, especially because the same floor plan appeared to still be available on other floors. After years of living here, I was suddenly forced to move, sign another lease elsewhere, lose my view, and deal with the stress and cost of moving... because management decided not to renew me.
There were also multiple vehicle break-ins in the parking lot during my time here, and from my perspective, management did not treat the issue with the urgency residents deserved until it became a repeated problem.
The biggest issue here is management. Communication felt vague and inconsistent, and when it actually mattered, being a long-term resident meant nothing. This building may look nice on the surface, but residents should know that renewal stability, transparency, and basic communication can become a real problem.
If you are considering living here, get everything in writing. Ask directly whether your unit or floor plan could be affected by future renovations or non-renewal. Ask what security measures are actually in place. Do not rely on vague leasing-office reassurances.
After years here, I left feeling pushed out, disrespected, and completely disappointed by how little loyalty was shown to a good tenant.

Controlling, incompetent management
The trash compactor that used to break all the time finally permanently broke down, so they're getting a new one. Hopefully it will be more reliable. They did at least put bins on every other level that maintenance empties in the meantime. It should really have been every level.
Elevators are still a huge problem. They break down frequently. However management has gotten much better at communication around this, although they still really need to just stop being greedy and spend whatever it's... gonna take to permanently resolve this.
The new concierges are absolutely world class. Awesome people, and professional to a tee while still getting to know the residents.
All in all, there is still a laundry list of problems here, but it's gotten marginally better in the past few months. Hopefully that trend continues.
EDIT: They recently literally had to resort to bribing people with a raffle to leave good reviews here, as no reasonable person would otherwise. Tried to coin it as a community event. You should absolutely ignore any 5 star rating from the past 2-3 months. They were purchased by the leasing office, and aren't representative of the reality of this place in any way.
EDIT 2: They have 2 elevators down again at current, after having one down for months. They are also throwing arbitrary rules on use of the club level that weren't in existence when everyone currently here signed our leases. Avoid this place at all costs. I'll be moving when my lease term is up. I've dropped my rating back to one star, which between the constant failures of maintenance and the literal raffle drive for fake 5 star reviews, is DEFINITELY what this place currently deserves.

Don’t waste your $
Lincoln Property company is awful. Maintenance doesn’t do their job. Property manager is rude. They don’t respond to phone calls or emails. Don’t enforce lease policies. Building smells like marijuana. Move in condition was a joke.
