PETS CONDITIONAL. Each bedroom has a private lock. Mailbox keys are provided for unit - 1 mailbox key per unit (tenants will share). Cap on electricity/water usage is as follows: $40 per person for electric ($80 for the whole apartment) and $10 per person for water ($20 for the whole apartment).
