Parking is a Problem in this Nice Community

LIMITED PARKING.

Parking is a major issue at this community. There are very limited garage spaces (around 10), and once they’re taken, your only option is to park a block or more away from your apartment. This becomes especially inconvenient during bad weather, late night arriving home, not to mention the increased reported car break-ins.

While the property itself looks nice during tours, the day-to-day living experience lacks basic convenience. Parking availability is not clearly communicated...
upfront, which can be misleading for prospective residents.

I would strongly recommend considering inconvenience of your guest visiting if applicable and yourself before signing a lease.

?Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our community does have a parking deck with ample spaces available for residents, in addition to some limited street parking nearby. While we understand that convenience is important, especially... during late hours or inclement weather, parking is available within the community. We do actively enforce our parking policies. Towing only occurs when vehicles are not parked in designated areas or are in violation of posted guidelines.

I’ve had a great experience so far at 5Line Apartments, and the team here deserves a big shoutout. Kali, Hailey, and Natasha in the office are all incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They’ve made the move-in process smooth and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

5LINE Features Are Like No Other!

We've been stalking their social media to watch the videos they post of the floorplans and we had to see it in-person. When we toured we looked at an A16. It was stunning with two wine fridges and we haven't seen that option in the LoSo area. Hailey was nice and knowledgeable about each floorplan. We're excited to move-in.
