The east side of the apartments is awful. There is a broken pool no one uses, the “playground” is falling apart: the swings are not even in the ground. Everything within the apartments is broken. When maintenance is called they give you a cheap repair and call it a day: or simply never come and say they finished.

Lived here for 4 years. It used to be a nice community, quiet, and safe. After the changes in property owners and management in 2019 there are clearly more residents who are creating problems, being very confrontational, violent even. Numerous adolescent kids are always out late into the night unsupervised looking for trouble. Graffiti and property damage is increasing rapidly. The Carrboro police are here much more than we've ever seen. There are junk cars sitting in the parking lot.. We just... don't have the feeling we are safe or living in a complex that values quality of life for its residents. We are quite disappointed in the quality of people living here and will be moving out after our lease. We are quiet peaceable people and feel it is only going to get worse. The apartment complex is in a area new Carrboro Plaza. Its a few minutes from downtown Carrboro and Chapel Hill.
