The front office staff are so kind, and so helpful whenever I have questions or need to place a maintenance request.Hailey is the community manager and always says hello when she sees me. I’ve lived in apartments where the staff would ignore the residents, so it’s been nice to have some friendly faces running this community. It’s the little things that mean the most!

Poor management
I moved in November 2024, it was Previously Element at the Grove! Absolutely loved the staff, beautiful complex and amazing management. Fast forward June 2025 they were bought out. It has literally gone downhill!!! The complex is dirty, no one answers the phone when calling the office and the dumpster is a nightmare, trash is always overflowing its disgusting!!
