Overall, my experience living at Cottages Apartments has been positive. The community is generally quiet and comfortable, and I have enjoyed the atmosphere during my stay. The only concern I had was at the beginning of my residency, when maintenance responses were not as fast as I expected. However, I have noticed a clear improvement recently, and service requests are now handled more efficiently. It is encouraging to see that management has worked to improve in this area. With the recent... progress in maintenance response times, my overall satisfaction has increased.

Out of all the apartments near downtown Greensboro, cottages have the cheapest rent. Close to campus. Nice amenities with the gym, and friendly staff.
