Beautiful and breezy

I toured the Hominy this week with Stacy who was so kind and took a lot of time to show me all of the floor plans. The one bedroom is huge and has a really large patio (which most complexes only give to larger units). The pool deck, TV, grills has full tree lined backdrops. I can’t wait to move in!

This Place Is Awesome

I am so excited to move in to this complex. The manager Stacey and staff members Carlee and Conrad used to work at my old complex, and they were very sorely missed once they moved on to the Hominy. They know how to keep everything running smoothly and create a luxury experience for residents. The property itself is pulling out all the stops, and Stacey even made sure that the design reflects common complaints residents had at the old apartments. For example, the old place had grills inside the... pool area so they were inaccessible after pool hours so all the dads were upset. Where are the grills located at the Hominy? Directly outside the pool area. Incredible. Speaking of the pool, the courtesy officer is moving in right next to me and will have a direct pool view, so you know any shenanigans will be kept in check. The gym is stacked and there is an outdoor gym too. The clubhouse? So incredibly chic. The units themselves are STUNNING. I also tested the soundproofing between units and it is truly impressive. I can't wait to be one of the very first residents!

Amazing!

Stacey has been so welcoming. She’s made it easy to picture living at the hominy even though it is not available to tour yet. Between the peaceful setting of the property and the amazing customer service she has provided it feels like home.
