Property, office, units are beautiful. Wow wow wow! They put so much thought into the pool area; making enough shaded areas, adding a water fountain and low faucet to the outside shower was a great idea! Can’t wait to see their disc golf course it’s going to make the place even better.

Pet Friendly Haven for Nature Lovers!
I couldn't be more impressed with this property and the mindfulness that went into creating it. I love that they have fenced in backyards in certain units, as well as a variety of recreational activities for tenants. The managers are very responsive, friendly, and helpful... Which is a rarity. If you are looking for your new home, I would highly suggest checking them out!

Peaceful and beautiful!
I’ve been helping my daughter search for the right apartment near Asheville for several months now. We wanted something that reflects the natural beauty of the area without being caught up in the busyness of downtown. The Hominy provides just that—a peaceful, tucked-away retreat that still feels connected. Stacey has been an incredible guide, offering not only her knowledge of the apartments but also of the surrounding community. It’s clear she truly cares about helping people find a place that... feels like home.

Beautiful and breezy
I toured the Hominy this week with Stacy who was so kind and took a lot of time to show me all of the floor plans. The one bedroom is huge and has a really large patio (which most complexes only give to larger units). The pool deck, TV, grills has full tree lined backdrops. I can’t wait to move in!
