Very attentive team and beautiful property!

I love living at Hominy at RiverBlue. The whole staff has been very supportive during my journey out of state. It has been great meeting fellow residents at their weekly events. I would absolutely recommend living here.

Too good to be true

I recently toured this apartment complex and initially had a great impression. The sales lady I spoke with was very friendly, and made the place sound incredible—almost too good to pass up. She painted a picture of a really supportive and enjoyable living experience.
However, on my way out, I happened to speak with a few current residents, and their feedback completely changed my perspective. They mentioned that once you move in, the level of support and responsiveness drops significantly, and... the ladies aren’t as helpful as they initially seem.
Based on that contrast, I’ve decided to look elsewhere. It’s disappointing because the first impression was so positive, but hearing real experiences from residents made a big difference in my decision. Maybe next year I’ll try again.

I would absolutely stear clear of hominy at river blue. The sales team are wonderful at their job, afterwards, you’re on your on. I’ve lived here a month and have experienced what sounds like a jackhammer coming through the apartment with winds 5 mph and more. I’ve had 7 nights of respite. Nothing has been done about the issue. The management team has offered to move me to a new apartment; however, failed to answer my repeated questions about who’s going to pack, move and unpack my belongings.... Who will cover this cost. These are considered luxury apartments - go else where.

Our new Mountaintime Home!!

We recently moved from FL to NC and this has been such a wonderful experience for us. The courtesy and care that the office personnel show their residents is beyond measure…..We lost our home to Hurricane Helene and were looking for a place to call home! We are so glad we found Hominy at Riverblue and the staff personnel of Lee and Mary are THE BEST! We feel like, we have found our home again!
