Great place to rent After my first year here, I just resigned my lease. I’m Overall happy with my apartment and neighbors. The layout I chose is perfect for me. Very spacious and up to date. Emily and Tatum are awesome! Very responsive and eager to help in any way. Any maintenance requests have been completed in very timely manner.(even request for outside the apartment like breezeway, parking, etc. ) the maintenance crew always are very polite and professional.

Spacious nice apartments with great neighbors. The pool is nice the fitness center is just the right size and is never crowded. There is a walking trail where you can go down to a pub or the coffee shop. Office people are great and very down to earth.

Overly pleased with the staff and amenities at this community. The office staff puts in amazing effort to have our community come together. Brittnee Ferree is very professional and understanding. The office staff makes sure you feel welcomed and cared about. Will recommend to anyone looking for an apartment home
