These apartments are too expensive. They ask you when do you want to move, and then tell you the longer you wait, the price can go up. I was quoted a price and after that date the price went up each day after. I don't know why they are allowed to go up on the prices, because they do not look like they are remodeled at all. Never did get apartment there, not worth it.
