Lived here for 1 year, since moving to new management everything has gone downhill. They raised rent by over $400, and aren’t giving people 30 days notices before eviction. There’s nothing about these apartments that are luxury. Very thin walls that don’t keep a/c or heat in. The new management is doing whatever it can to justify raising rent

Walked in for a tour and while talking to a Leasing Agent could hear other girls that work there in the background saying horrible things about people that live there. During the tour noticed dog poop and trash everywhere. These apartments are clearly not taken care of nor does the staff care about you.

The office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond on the rare occasion that I have needed to call during the 2 years that I have lived here. I have had a wonderful experience and have recommended this community many times to friends and family that were looking to move or not. I have also really enjoyed that the address of each apartment is recognized as an individual location for mailing and delivery purposes. This REALLY helps if you have had other experiences with... apartment living. Overall, The Villages at Lake Silvercote has been an excellent place to call home!
