Do not move here! I had no AC for the entire month of August and did not receive a discount off my rent. This happened only 2 months after I moved in. Showed no empathy towards the situation. Would not recommend.

I wish I could post pictures of just how poorly maintained these apartments are. Things were fine before a new company came in and raised my rent $300. The pool in my section is opaque dark green. They have done no repairs, only power washing and painting over damage. The only thing it has going for it is location, but it’s the bottom of the barrel in the area. There has been bad water damage showing on the outside wall from an upstairs unit for the last 5 years at least.
I recommend looking... very closely at these apartments before you sign a lease.

They're ok. Good rent price for the area but the landlord does their best to fix as little as possible.
The area is nice and the schools are good. That's what this place has going for it. If you're in an upper unit and the windows are dirty they won't clean them on the outside. They'll get you for everything they can on move out as well.

We have been at Village Park 2 years coming up on our 3rd and I just have to say how amazing the maintenance is here. Anytime we have any problems they are always here to help and they are prompt with arrival and service. Kudos to our maintenance for being so helpful. They staff here have always been amazing as well! The accessibility to shops, stores, resteraunts, bus routes at village park is very nice as well. We even have a little one that we can take on little strolls around the... neighborhood.
