I would advise anyone not to move in these apartments the staff is rude and maintenance issues never taken care of until other damages occur

BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE, READ THIS!
My experience at Brickline has been disappointing. I’ve experienced multiple vehicle-related incidents while living here, including property damage, and there are no cameras covering the parking areas. Residents are not proactively notified about safety concerns, which is frustrating.
I’ve also experienced maintenance issues, including problems with my A/C during hot weather. While management sometimes responds to emails, I have not seen meaningful solutions to address the underlying concerns... .
If safety, communication, and timely maintenance are important to you, I recommend asking detailed questions before signing a lease.

The building is older so it comes with a few problems but it’s nothing a fresh coat of paint and newer appliances won’t fix.just something to keep in mind

Terrible response time and sensitivity from management, maintenance gets left unresolved for far too long, and emergencies are ignored with no resolution offered by management.
