Great Community, Room for Improvement
Great location and friendly maintenance. Management has been kind despite turnover.
Parking is a serious issue — as someone with medical needs and a handicap permit, there isn’t a proper ADA-accessible space nearby.
Rules feel restrictive at times, pet fees have increased, and some exterior maintenance needs attention.
Overall positive, but important improvements are needed.

good property
I have lived at Willow Creek Apartments for over 3 years. It is well maintained and the manager is great. My internet, water, sewer, and trash is covered in the rent.

Love Pool (except when people break the rules)
I really like the pool except when people are here that are non residents or have a large number of guests. I wish we had keys or a key card for the people.

Nice Apartments
The apartments are a good size and have decent storage. Patios are a great size. Manager is attentive and I enjoy the amenities. Overall decent place to live.
