Rental process is easy. It's quiet, close to downtown and just a minutes away from everything else. Perfect for a family of 3, college students or by yourself. Sometimes its homeless people looking in trash cans but they dont bother you, walking distance to neighborhood Walmart, walls are thick I rarely hear my next door neighbors, everybody keeps to their selves, has a little area for dogs to do their business and they provide doggy bags, maintenance is good. Nice little place. I renewed my... lease for another year. I like it here.
