Been here for a year and love it here!!!

I have lived here for a year now and it’s a great and affordable place to live the renovated apartments are nice and clean! The only issue I had was my oven went out and maintenance fixed it when I reported it in the residence app! And I have had no other problems since!

Great Experience

I've been in the renovated building for a year now, standout would be the staff has always been prompt and flexible, clean facility, never had issues with flooding even on the basement level.

Great place to live

Scotsdale is a great place to call home! The rent is cheap and the apartments are spacious. I have lived here for four years and have had very few issues, all of which were resolved. Management is responsive and helpful. I recommend it!
