Polo Club is a nice community to live in. Management is good to deal with. Maintenance is on top of things. Prices are fair, below average. Management always deals with problems arise. I would give this an A+ well kept grounds.

Polo Club Apartments 18 + Year Tennant
Polo Club Apartments is the best Apartment & Townhome community in Springfield, Missouri. They are the best because they are so professional, and friendly. It is managed by an award winning Property Management Company called Wooten. Day one for me, was May 26'Th, 2007, and I am still a very loyal tenant here to this day, over 18 + Years later. I know for sure that It's a great community because they look for and accept good people to live here, and from my experience, will go the extra mile to... help their tenants with anything that comes up. Polo Club Apartments is a very safe, quiet and friendly complex managed by the best Resident Manager(s), Leasing Agent(s) and Maintenance staff who are very good at what they do, due to their expert and knowledgeable maintenance staff. Trust me, with 18 years here, they will make sure to fix anything for you and do it right no matter what, which is reassuring ! The Managment and Staff here are great also, including our current Manager, Scott G. He is the most personable, dedicated to his job and hardest working Manager I have seen here. He will even sit down with you and talk if you need anything, and listen to your story with compassion, empathy and handles it with grace. I love this place and its's truly my home and where I feel most comfortable. They also let you be you ! Meaning they are cool with how you like to decorate and accommodate that sentiment to the person living at their unit(s). I feel that Polo Club Apartments is a a very cool, affordable and unique place to call home. They say on the phone message if you miss them, " Here's to another resident who's leasing it and loving it ! That is true of me and I can't thank them enough for all that they have done for me in my 18 + Years here. I'd also say that Polo Club Apartments is in an absolutely perfect location on the Southside Of Springfield, Missouri, a little hidden gem or diamond if you will, but one of the best you'll find in the Queen City.
