I have lived here for a year and its very nice location is great. Only thing is maintenance can be a litte slow but most places are like that so no big problem. Site Management is aslo great she is very understanding and kind.

This last year has been the best year in terms of the property being maintained and upgrades being done. I'm on year number 6 and if we can continue seeing improvements, I'm sure I'll be here many more years.

I have been with Polo Club Apartments since my move - in day of May 26'Th, 2007 ! I know from experience that this place and this community here is a little "gem", that most people seek, but rarely find. That is, polo Club Apartments is a place that is inclusive to everyone, they most certainly care about each resident(s), and their guest(s) too, along with family and friends of that exact resident. I have never seen such loyalty and dedication to making each resident here feel happy, validated... in their endeavor(s), and committed to what they say, and when they say it ! Meaning if there is ever a concern, issue, or temporary problem, I can honestly with all of my heart say, as a 20 Polo Club Apartment Resident, that they will always follow through with any maintenance requests, or even new fixtures, if needed. They want to keep their loyal residents like me and because of that effort, I have gladly signed a lease renewal each year. They let you decorate your pad they way you like, or perhaps change the wall color too should it meet your fancy, albeit, repainting it back to the original color white is needed and appreciated for the next future tenant to have their luck with their personal chic style of living. Overall, this place is the best, and those who live here know it too. People are nice, caring and are good people they find to live here too ! It's location can't be beat on the South Side of Springfield, Missouri, so close to classic and even newer restaurants, Walgreens, and Blue Iguana Car Wash too ! Polo Club Apartments is also going to have a newer and cooler clubhouse too, adjacent to the Leasing Office. This is a quiet, convenient place to live. You have shopping, restaurants and even a gas station all within walking distance. The pool is nice in the summer, and snow removal happens swiftly in the winter. I truly cannot complain.

Have been here 10 years and I have been totally satisfied. It's quiet, and conveniently located. Suites all of my needs.
