I have been with Wooten for over 4 years and with any rental location you have your highs and lows, but I can say that I overall have had a great experience with this company.
I do recommend asking as many questions as possible and being 100 percent confident in your decision before signing your lease.

HILLYER, MAURINE Review
The Rent is very reasonable here, and only having to pay for electricity for utilities is great. The Location is great here with a nice Neighborhood to walk through, the pool has been nicely renovated, I've lived here for 2 years and going on 3 now, and the apartment neighbors are very friendly.

Overall, this has been a great and safe place to live, and the staff responds when needed. I've been here for 6 years now, and maintenance is very responsive, but could be better. The grounds are very pretty with all the trees, and the train tracks are very soothing.
