Wooten Co has been fairly good at maintenance requests, but has had some issues regarding some of the appliances/furnishings/ etc. Carpet requires stretching, paint in rooms with water is peeling, etc. Otherwise, requests are met promptly. Easy to work with office staff, and they are quick to respond to requests.

Good to live here, since new management has taken over there have been a lot of good changes. We feel supported with issues inside and outside the apartment. Good location as well, close to everything one would need in Springfield.
Lived here for 8 years and the last year has been the best. Renewing again!

the pool situation could have been handled differently because it took till the very last 3 good weeks before anyone found another space to use and by then we already had paid to swim

After living here since 2021, we have been through several apartment managers and have only really met/liked 2 of them. Each time I would have called the office with previous managers, there has been nobody to answer except an answering service.

Maintenance was very spotty in the past. Waiting over a whole year... to get my front door fixed, just for the "fix" to be a piece of cardboard.
