I have lived here for over 10 years and enjoy it here. The neighbors are always friendly and maintenance is usually really quick to get maintenance issues taken care of.

Cheap rent, decent management
The rent is affordable, I’ve been here for about two years, and I can see the way this place is turning around. Management gets on issues fast!

Long term resident
Everyone even new residents are very happy and say how nice the management is. I’ve never heard anything bad when talking to new residents as I’ve lived here for 25 years.

Hillcrest90
I have been here for almost 2 years now and I enjoy how quiet the complex is. I really like seeing the grass around the pool instead of just having concrete. I do recommend the apartments to anyone looking.
