I live in the newly renovated apartments. I loved the cabinet and floor colors. For a one bed room, the apartment is very spacious and has several closets for storage. I am a student and the WiFi that is included is nice it runs smoothly. The management and maintenance people are very kind and try to fix things as soon as possible. That being said, the parking lot is a little small, but that’s my only issue with the apartment. The other tenants are also kind and fairly quiet. I’ve never had... noise issues with my neighbors.

Small Apartment, but Great Location and Friendly Management
My girlfriend and I have lived here a little over a year, and although we're running out of room in our little one-bedroom apartment, we're quite satisfied with the place. It's within a short walking distance of a liquor store, fast food restaurants, grocery store, MSU campus, as well as the downtown area (so you never need a cab if you're going to the bars). The management is super friendly and all the maintenance guys are really nice and take care of any problems you have in your apartment... within a reasonable time. It's pet friendly, and your cable and water bill are included in the rent. All-around it's a great place to live.
