Excellent property in Southeast Springfield
Living at Delaware on Primrose is excellent! I have excellent neighbors the staff is wonderful and it is close to everything that I need to get to!!

Peaceful and quiet apartment living
I love how peaceful and quiet it is to live in Delaware on Primrose Apartments. I feel safe here and I've lived here for four years. I love that it is in walking distance to many stores and restaurants, parks, the gym, the mall and even the farmers market and its close to beautifu l residential neighborhodds to walk in as well. I feel safe here and its very peaceful.

I love this place!
Delaware on Primrose is a great place to live. We have a dog park, a basketball court, children's playground and swimming pool. Lots of shopping nearby, most within walking distance. Management is very helpful and nice.
