Not a luxury apartment especially not for this price . Mold , a/c , privacy , pricing , utilities and amenities just doesn’t fit the description at all . I don’t feel like taravue park is an apartment if give a 3 or above star .

I still love living here at Taravue it’s quite I have no problems with my neighbors and it’s convenient to everywhere I need to go daily. The staff at the office are very friendly and helpful.

I’ve lived here for two years and have had a wonderful experience. The management staff is kind, responsive, and truly knowledgeable. Any time I submitted a maintenance request, it was addressed immediately—usually within 24 hours. They keep the grounds and buildings immaculately maintained, which makes it feel like a high-quality home rather than just a rental unit

It’s been lovely so far! Staff in office is amazing, especially Holly! Very helpful and gets back to you at reasonable times! I can’t wait until the pool opens!
