Snow removal is of great priority to us, and our contractor provides cleanup as quickly as possible while up against Mother Nature. Sorry to hear of this experience. Our community common areas and halls are thoroughly cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by a professional third-party cleaning company. We strive for cleanliness and a nice community presentation—up to and including the... neutralization of any potential odors—within a building where anywhere from four to eight families reside and occasionally have guests.
