Management is amazing! Kayla helped me through out the entire process and was amazing!

Neighbors are friendly. It's in a nice area. Maintenance is friendly and never had a bad problem with them. One complaint is that people won't pick up their dogs poop even when they see poop stations with bags to pick it up.

So far we like living here. Management is good and very nice. Property is kept clean and very big for kids to run and play around. Maintenance crew is very nice and they know what they’re doing.

Great place to live, lively management and quiet neighborhood:) It’s genuinely a great place for a family trying to settle down or even college students. Everyone is very respectful and friendly.

Very poor control on people having everyone on their leases, cause here you have to pay for your water but it's not your own consumption, its the whole building divided by the people in it, and since nobody checks you end up paying for the water of other people and waste thousands of dollars and they don't care to fix the situation even if you report specifically who doesn't have their family registered.
