Great place to live, lively management and quiet neighborhood:) It’s genuinely a great place for a family trying to settle down or even college students. Everyone is very respectful and friendly.

Very poor control on people having everyone on their leases, cause here you have to pay for your water but it's not your own consumption, its the whole building divided by the people in it, and since nobody checks you end up paying for the water of other people and waste thousands of dollars and they don't care to fix the situation even if you report specifically who doesn't have their family registered.

Poor maintenance. Most of the time no maintenance.
Bad experience with the management.
Most of the Dogs owners don't care to clean after their dogs, it makes the neighbor hood smells very nasty and no way to to go for walking around..

Overall still pleased, but it depends on who you get as neighbors. Could definitely use better washers and driers in the buildings that can handle more than 5 items per load and more parking options with lots that aren't as thin, but the location, price, and maintenance staff are all great.

Just moved in, and we’re really loving the area and our surroundings. The townhome is really awesome I love how it has a basement perfect for my asmr and just doing arts and crafts.
