Exceptional Living at Rosebury Rentals – A Hidden Gem in DeMun
I’ve had an incredible experience living at Rosebury Rentals. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the immediate response from the landlord and his maintenance team—they’re always professional, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues. It’s rare to find this level of care in property management!
The building itself is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern convenience. Originally built in 1924, it has been fully renovated with high-end finishes, including granite countertops,... custom closets, original hardwood floors, and smart home features like keyless entry. The in-unit washer & dryer is a huge plus, and the Lennox central air and heat keep the apartment comfortable year-round.
One of my favorite aspects of Rosebury Rentals is the beautifully landscaped courtyard, which provides a peaceful retreat in the heart of DeMun. The location is unbeatable—steps from Forest Park, coffee shops, and some of the best restaurants in St. Louis. Whether it’s a morning coffee at Kaldi’s or an evening stroll through the park, everything you need is right outside your door.
For those who drive, heated attached garage parking is available, and public transit is easily accessible. The energy-efficient features—like new thermal-pane windows and LED lighting—also help keep utility costs manageable.
If you’re looking for a luxury apartment with character, modern amenities, and a fantastic location, Rosebury Rentals is the place to be. I highly recommend scheduling a tour—you won’t be disappointed!

I’m glad you’ve experienced the responsiveness and care that come with Rosebury being directly owner-operated. When someone chooses to live in a historic 1924 building in... DeMun near Forest Park, they deserve both the charm and the modern reliability to match. We have worked intentionally to preserve the original character while upgrading the essentials, including in unit washer and dryer, Lennox HVAC, thermal pane windows, smart entry, and energy efficient systems so that comfort and quiet come standard. I’m especially happy the courtyard and neighborhood have been meaningful to you. DeMun really is a rare pocket of St. Louis that is walkable, peaceful, and connected.
