They are deceitful to the point that I consider what has happened in my situation a breach of contract and they are unwilling to provide reasonable accomodations or correct their actions. it was great before the new management bought it and started renovating. they lack in effective communication and don’t tell us when they’re working on anything around the property. our air conditioner has been broken since the end of last summer and they haven’t replaced it and our garage door only works half of the time. the raised our rent by $200 despite not fixing these things or updating our unit. the cleaning crew even threw away property of mine without notifying me. we’re really... disappointed in what these apartments have turned into, and we’re looking forward to moving somewhere else when our lease is up. save yourself some time and don’t even bother moving here.
