I lived at this apartment complex for three years, and I cannot stress enough how drastically things have declined. What was once a place I felt comfortable calling home has turned into an environment where I no longer felt safe, ultimately leading me to break my lease.
I was a responsible tenant the entire time I lived here. I paid my rent on time, followed the rules, and never had any issues. Despite that, the overall living experience became so concerning that staying was no longer an option... .
Management is one of the biggest issues. It is nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. All communication is pushed through email or text, and even then, responses are delayed, inconsistent, or completely contradictory depending on who you speak with. No one appears to be on the same page, which creates confusion, frustration, and zero trust in the information being provided. There is a clear lack of organization, accountability, and professionalism.
Even more concerning is the serious decline in safety. Over time, management has allowed tenants to move in who are involved in criminal and genuinely frightening activity. This has created an environment that feels unsafe and unpredictable. Situations that should have been handled with urgency were either ignored or addressed far too slowly. Basic safety and resident concerns do not seem to be a priority.
There has been a massive downgrade in the overall standards of this property, which is incredibly disappointing after being a long-term resident.
On top of that, the lack of privacy is unacceptable. The walls are so thin that I can hear full conversations from the units next to me and below me. There is no sense of quiet or personal space. The windows also directly face other units, so you are forced to either keep your blinds closed 24/7 or be comfortable with neighbors being able to see directly into your living space.
Another major issue is the lack of secure mail handling. There are no locks on the mailboxes, and I have personally had my mail rummaged through. This is a serious security concern that should never be overlooked.
I am writing this as a warning to anyone considering living here. The issues with management, lack of communication, safety concerns, lack of security, and complete lack of privacy are not minor inconveniences, they are serious problems that impact your daily life and sense of security. I would strongly urge prospective tenants to look elsewhere.

Awful Property Management
They are currently managed by Blue Door. They are deceitful to the point that I consider what has happened in my situation a breach of contract and they are unwilling to provide reasonable accomodations or correct their actions. They are quite combative even when they are 100% in the wrong. In addition to the property management, they have old windows that let in outside air and sound, the rear door of the unit has no seal and you can see into your neighbors home and are constantly disturbed by... people in the stairwell since there is nothing preventing the sound from traveling into your apartment and many of the units are also located right next to nuisance commercial property which they do not disclose and are unwilling to provide reasonable accomodations when confronted.

do not move here
it was great before the new management bought it and started renovating. they lack in effective communication and don’t tell us when they’re working on anything around the property. our air conditioner has been broken since the end of last summer and they haven’t replaced it and our garage door only works half of the time. the raised our rent by $200 despite not fixing these things or updating our unit. the cleaning crew even threw away property of mine without notifying me. we’re really... disappointed in what these apartments have turned into, and we’re looking forward to moving somewhere else when our lease is up. save yourself some time and don’t even bother moving here.
