This apartment complex is only interested in new tenants. If there is something wrong, if anything needs to be discussed, if there’s any need whatsoever, DO NOT expect to receive a call back or anyone up their phone lines.

You hear EVERYTHING your neighbors do. There are no limits on dog breeds and nothing is done about annoying dog barking all day and night. Washer and dryer hookups are misleading. The basement where the hookups are located is disgusting. And scary! There is no rhyme or reason to how they allocate the hookups to each apartment. Do yourself a favor. Keep looking elsewhere!! RUNNNNNN!!!!! This place is a joke but it’s not funny.

When we lived there several months ago, there was a huge mice and roach infestation in the apartments. I had mice droppings inside my sock drawers. Roaches everywhere, I mean all over my kitchen, crawling on my fish tank, all over the bathroom vanity and everywhere else you can think of. Management hired a cheap pest company to come out which made absolutely no difference as the issues came from neighboring units. Absolutely the most disgusting place we've lived at.
