We are offering our fully furnished short-term rental STUDIO unit #6 for a mid-term stay beginning January 1st, 2026. Applicants must pass the background check at their own expense. Linens will be provided during this rental... period but you are responsible for the laundry and upkeep of your unit. Feel free to use everything that is already provided in the unit, like all the small kitchen appliances, dinner wares, etc. You will have starter bath supplies like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soaps, and toilet paper. You need to buy your own supplies after that. A refundable security deposit of $600 for incidentals and a $110 cleaning fee is required. Pls handle things with care so as to avoid paying for damages.
