Been looking for an apartment for my transfer down to Springfield. Baylor answered the phone the first time I called and has been very helpful. I have also talked to Gabby and so far their service has been impecable. By the time the other places called me because they have an answering service (3 weeks later), I had leased with Westwood. We shall see how it goes but if its like my experience so far, I don't forsee any problems.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. I am a current resident and have had nothing but problems. I live in a downstairs unit, has no balcony or outside amenity, and pay the exact same rent as those who do have a balcony. When I moved in there was black mold above my shower and instead of actually treating it, seems they just sprayed white paint over it and now the mold is growing underneath the paint and spreading. There was also a cockroach problem when I moved in and when I tried to... have this problem solved they tried to tell me that it could be my fault that I have them and would have to pay for the extermination if that was so. Had to have them come spray for roaches TWICE because of how bad and how many there were. They are working on the grounds and trying to improve them except when the dog waste bins get full and literally start overflowing onto the ground around the trash and no one seems to want to pick it up which causes the surrounding area to smell like dog waste. This place is a wreck. The one star rating is just because I had to put it to write a review. Don't be fooled by this place. Negative 2 stars at best.

The new managers do not properly maintain the property, our pool has been closed more than it has been opened this summer, it was closed the entire month of July because it needed a new pump then in August the managers started only opening the pool from 10am -5pm claiming the pool lights no longer work, not one time this summer has anyone swept the pool deck off, the grounds keeper never cleans the pool or removes any debri this is always left for the apartment residents to do if it gets done,... nor do the managers any longer care to enforce the pool rules so the area is kept safe & appropriate for the children Read More
