Things are going well for the most part, with a few exceptions. The power has been going out semi-frequently which gets frustrating and is inconvenient. Also, one of our neighbors’ car was broken into and it makes me nervous that there are no cameras in this area. I have felt this is a safe place but hearing about this makes me definitely feel like there should be some type of security measures, like cameras, put in place.

Quick maintenance response Rich was quick to set up a plan to remediate the smell in my apartment. As a new tenant, this is a great indicator the the maintenance team will be on top of tenant requests.
