Renovated apartments... moved in mid December; was told that we would receive a screen door and that they needed to fix AC unit... Was told this would happen "once it warmed up" they would install/fix respective units, and have yet to in mid June. They /really/ like entering your unit with very minimal warning... Very "Big Brother"... Residents have messed with the latching mechanism to not have to use fab to get into building... Children running around in parking lot unsupervised... Like, under... the age of five... Pretty standard apartment life beyond that...

Move in
The staff are very quick in communication. My apartment is beautiful, I love it. Very clean and newly done. I love the view and the community center.

Maintenance is quick and friendly!!
We needed our AC replaced the other day but we have a cat and are gone at work most of the day. They were so friendly when coming to check out the AC and we're super kind to our cat. They were going to repair it in the morning the next day. We asked them if they'd be willing to let our cat out of his kennel when they were done so he wasn't stuck in there all day while we work. They said no problem! I felt so much better knowing they made sure he was let out and had access to water and food when... the job was complete! Something they totally didn't have to do for us! Very happy and impressed with the experience! Also they responded to our request for repairs within 2 hours, so quick!

Worst Apartment
Do not ever move here. The management is awful. They are unbelievably inconsiderate. Take your money elsewhere. I feel unsafe for my life living in this building. I have spent too much time at other peoples homes because I simply can't be here without fear of someone entering my apartment (through my bedroom window, again!!!), the gunshots that happen constantly - the DRIVE BY that happened on the property but was never addressed by management. I have a long list. Don't move here. Especially if... you have children.
