If you want to experience living at the Four Seasons...
Then this apartment complex might be the one for you. There's not a whole lot to complain about and a whole lot to love.
The location is excellent. Easy access to the highway and across the highway there are so many shops and restaurants in Park Place.
The amenities are top-notch. They have a lovely patio with a big screen TV overlooking the pool. There's also top-notch, commercial grills.
Great gym with everything you need to get a solid workout.
The design of the building is also very... sleek and modern. Rarely did I hear my neighbors and I never felt like I had to be excessively quiet to avoid annoying them.
Maintenance is very proactive and good at keeping the building clean. They do allow cats and dogs, so keep that in mind, but I've never had any problems with anyone's pets.
Sign the lease and check into Arcata. 'Nuff said!

Best Apartment & Best Staff
I have absolutely loved living at Arcata, it truly feels like home. Our maintenance guy Nelson is amazing and always on top of it. As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he knocks on my door with the biggest smile!! He’s fast and efficient!

Arcata Apartments
Arcata apartment has been my amazing home for the past three years. The staff in particular is what makes the building a home! The leasing staff and maintenance man, Nelson, are all so incredibly accommodating and kind!
