Laundry facilities are almost nonexistent. 1 washer and dryer per floor for 9 apartments. The washers on 3 of the 4 floors have been broken for over 2 months, with 2 of 4 dryers usable. I have talked to management at both the complex and the owners the goodman group. nothing but excuses and no action. I would not recomend, high rent and no maintenence

Nothing gets taken care of! If you have problems With apartment They don’t help. It snowed they don’t plow. People have leaks no one comes to help. It’s not worth the price to many problems.

I am so sorry you feel this way about Cherry Court. Although we have had to make some slight changes with COVID-19, we still have the same standards for the property. The early snow in October through us all for a loop (snow removers as well) so... there was a slight delay getting the parking lots cleaned out. We do not anticipate this to be an issue throughout the winter. I am concerned you say you have a leak. Please contact us immediately so we can address this issue. At this time we are unaware of any leaks- this is an issue that would be addressed immediately. Again, I am sorry you are feeling this way regarding Cherry Court. I'd love to hear more about your specific concerns so we can find ways to make this the best home ever!

Great place to live lot's of community events, clean, family orientated. Everyone says Hi and tries to help each other.
