How Is This Rating Determined?

Needs a cleaning person.

Common areas especially the stairs and area leading to the garage are rarely cleaned. I've seen the same trash on the floor for at least a month. Garage, which you're paying $50/mo. for, could use paint and proper working surveillance equipment. Not bad other than that.
