Beautiful, clean and well kept. Very quiet place to live. Staff is amazing, My friend lives here and adore it.

The grounds here are beautiful with lush grass that is well watered, flowers and bushes in front of the town houses and apartment buildings. The maintenance crew is very friendly and takes care of maintenance requests very quickly, some times even the same day. The staff is also very friendly and very patient.
The pool is very nice, if a little shallow, it only goes to 5 feet.
The town homes are very comfortable if you are ok with a small kitchen and bathroom. Other than that the rooms are a... very nice size and there is plenty of closet space and a nice large storage area.
Either I have very quiet neighbors or the walls are nice and thick as I only hear them occasionally and very faintly at that. The carpets are nice, not fantastic to look at but plush and comfortable to walk or sit on. The major flaw of the town house is the heating system which pumps out heat irregularly to different sections of the house. At times my room would be 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the apartment.
The neighborhood is also very lovely. Its located 10 minutes by car from most shops: target, barnes and noble, staples, kohl's ect. Its also right across the street from Cub and is a few minutes walk from Caribou and a few restaurants which is very handy.
I've only ever had a few incidents with house centipedes and a spider or two which can't really be prevented. Other than that there has been no noticeable pest problem which.
The few flaws are more then made up for by the rest of the apartments pluses. Read More
