Amazing!!

The buildings are nice and the apartments are very spacious. For affordable housing, Velair management makes their apartment homes look like high end properties. I have lived at many different places but, management at this property is amazing! Lisa goes above and beyond and is so sweet to all the residents.

Thumbs down

The most horrible apartment i have ever lived in. The people are nice, it is somewhat quiet but the walls are so thin to the point where i hear my neighbors talking. If you have kids don’t even bother because your kids crying will echo through the walls. It is very cold regardless of the heater being on because of how thin the walls are surely this has to go against some kind of building code. I am always in the business of my neighbors even if i don’t want to.
