Horrible after transition Ever since Hegenes took over management, it has been unpleasant: They now charge us for garage spaces, they complete unnecessary cosmetic repairs while essential safety is disregarded, they can't keep up with basic maintenence, and send incessant texts/email updates. They are clearly disorganized and care more about appearances than tenant satisfaction. Waiting until our lease expires and we will be moving.
