Terrible management

They put on a friendly face, but are inconsiderate of their renters. Amenities are subpar and poorly maintained.

New tenant


My experience so far as a new tenant has been well. I toured the facility back in October. I was one of the first to tour The Pitch apartments, the leasing agent ( Donzeal) was informative, he had answered all of the questions I asked. If he didn’t know the answer, he would go or check with someone who did know the answer to the questions. Throughout this whole process the leasing agents have been more then understandable, patient, as well as informative. I’m looking forward to being a... resident here at The Pitch.
