This is my first year living here and I absolutely enjoy it..everyone is so nice including management they have made my experience very welcoming..& thank you to the cleaning team that keeps the building so clean and presentable.

Beautiful, clean, modern apartments with tons of natural light in the heart of Uptown. I love the walkability to nearby grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and shopping centers, and I LOVE being just off the Midtown Greenway! The maintenance team and property managers are very responsive and glad to help out if needed.

This place is great. I love my studio. It's small but adorable. I have always wanted to live in a tiny house but not that tiny. So this space is perfect for a single woman. Location is awesome! Close to everything, within walking distance to the grocery store , pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and a gas station right around the corner.

Also shout-out to the cleaning and maintenance crew because the common areas do tend to get dirty when people are moving in or out of the building and in... between.

The only two things I would suggest they improve on. One is the airflow in the hallways because of the garbage shoot some times the smell is rank. The second thing I would suggest they improve on is fitness center. They should add a wall mounted pull-up bar and a second bench.

Everyone has been very easy to work with! I love how pet friendly they are and they respond to emails relatively quickly. Overall the apartment is very clean and the amentities are well maintained. The location is really nice and all necessities are within walking distance and there is a lot of public transportation available. I am really happy that I chose to live here!

I've been ecstatic living here. My unit is perfect for me.

All the spaces are state of the art and very useful. Also, the software to submit payments and request maintenance is user-friendly, which you always worry about when moving into a new building.
