I've cancelled my lease after 3 years due to management's lack of action towards noise complaints

I've lived in this apartment complex for more than a few years and have decided to end my lease due to managements lack of action towards noise complaints I've issued. I've issued multiple noise complaints about noisy neighbors over the last year. Management has acknowledged the complaints but has not acted upon the information I've provided. As a result, the excessive noise persists. I have trouble sleeping, I have trouble reading a book, and I can only exist in my apartment when I wear noise... cancelling headphones. In my experience, management has not done what I believe they should do in order to keep me here. As a result, I have let my lease expire and have moved somewhere else. From my experience, I would not recommend renting a lower floor unit until management can show that they have a good noise complaint policy that effectively addresses tenant's concerns.

Parking is an issue

I've lived here about 4 years. It's a pretty basic place with no amenities but the price is decent for the area.
Theres few parking spaces and street parking is pretty limited especially in the summer. I pay for a garage for this reason. This year they have been HORRIBLE about plowing the alley where the garages are after snow. I've seen several people get their car stuck because it doesn't get plowed until late afternoon following snow. Several times this year I've had to beg people to give me...
a ride to work because I've been snowed into the garage I pay monthly for.

Review

This is a perfect apartment with good ventilation and excellent community.Unlike other apartments it has full security as there is a police academy in the area.It's like having a touch of county right in the middle of the city as we have all restaurants,groceries,saloons,hospitals in the nearby area.The area is well maintained by the apartment manager and is always accessible for any repair.
