If you are having any maintenance issues in your apartment, please put in a work order and we... would be more than happy to look into it. Worst Experience
In 10 years of apartment living in three different units, this is by far THE WORST experience I have ever had. The grounds and common areas are dirty and disgusting, for example, overflowing dumpsters in the parking lot, dirty carpet in common areas, holes in walls in common areas. Not to mention the constant construction that is supposed to be making the place better, but a coat of paint is really only a bandaid.
